Food for the Soul

January 28, 2017 by Thomas Pascoe Leave a Comment

Jannuary 28th 2017

Food expressed the diversity of culture, from region to countries to continents. It reflected natural diversity in the diversity of products and its cooked taste. But we are not taste and food is more than taste and nutrient. And food is not anymore what it used to be. Its diversity retreats.#

Food is not only the energy to run life cycles, it is the source of our thoughts, of consciousness, of our feelings. We are what we eat. So to say. The water content of food varies significantly. Vegetables contain mostly more than 90% water, beans about 80 %, meet about 70 % down to grains with still 14% The lower the number, the smaller the ecologic footprint

The first and major ingredient of food is water. The water consumption during the growth period of the food is a different topic. The parameter of the commons is: Water use / energy equivalent multiplied with time of area cover

Concluding: Water is our essential food stuff. What else is consumed by the people 24/7 round the year in such amount? The quality of water is the main actor for body liquids with its outcome: The state of health.

Everything carries information. Water has the most volatile abilities of all stuff. It condenses to drops and rains on plant life, is consumed by cattle or people , rabbits and snails and digested it returns to earth, travels down river, drifts to the cold, becomes aged and heavy, returns under the worm water and pulled up from tropical evaporation dedicated to fall down again for the next cycle

What is food for the soul?

Food for the soul contains Mother Nature’s nutrient values with willingly added information. We add our love and will and wishes with the life energy of our self to the food growing process.

This cannot be for nothing, even if it is only a drop in an ocean. Homoeopathic dilutions are made to heal the soul. We contribute to life with food for the soul.

The following comments will present dishes from meetings of BIOCrete. Because if we meet together we eat together.

We all can be food for the soul

Our courses visualize the strings in this complex system to sponsor healthy life.

Thrive without end

April 8th 2017

The moon passed twice since the last pictures. Thriving micro biotopes, hot spots for the fertilization of the wider area emerged.

We cannot claim this professional videos. Nevertheless it is an unfaked outcome of professional work to foster resilience for selfsustaining landscapes. We show the efforts needed to revitalize desertifying soils and present the outcome in real time and over time.

Water is the bloodvessel of life. This is the only open and undisturbed pond in the wider area, which is accessible for wild life. The forthcoming hot and dry months will make it a species meeting point.

A 24/7 streaming video could capture valuable education material for small and big. The project is called: Rhythm and Truth

The present episode asks: Where is the living helicopter?

Drop by and your heart will open wide. It is real.

… and the show goes on

Update April 24th 2017

The miracle tree, Tree of life, many names. one plant.

Its botanic name is Moringa oleifera and plenty of information is available. We write the Moringa story. Participation from the very beginning is allways just a click away.

We live in times of climate change. The geographical position of the island of Crete, sourrounded by the Mediterranean Sea indicates a subtropical future for the foreseenable future. The prevailing Olive cultivations will suffer from  increased humidity and deminished radiation throughout the year. Sometime rain will fall in the yet dry season, environmental conditions are thriving in time.

We think that this species with its multiple uses and benefits for mankind and nature can become a cornerstone of healthfood supply.  Ou last cultivation was burned in the wild fire. We have seeded them and we will grow them again. In order to gain experience in small quantities. Than we will distribute them in the Cretan Econet to collect knowledge concerning the impact of the different locations. In our place local winds seem to strong for example.

May I present: Moringas the second. Another story, another show. True stories thriving in time
